My router base is far more stable, safer, durable, and easier to use. There made out of 4"x5"x5/16" clear acrylic, which is much larger and thicker than the stock one. This base is also much harder to break or chip. This router base is 4" x 5" x 5/16" thick. The bit opening is 1 3/8". Your stock screws will work.
