In fact the real sizes are 58 to 64 (M-XXXL).Hats have been checked on and marked appropriately. These hats are imported directly from Russia and Belarus and are Original Soviet Army Surplus, made in 1980s. Never used, in perfect condition! Not a Replica! The hats are made of thick grey natural wool felt and military fur (60% of sheepskin and 40% of polyester), are very warm and resistant to rain and snow. Colour: Grey-blue. These practical, warm, comfortable, stylish and inexpensive hats can be worn in three ways: ear flaps beneath the chin, on top of the crown of your head, or at the back of your neck, this will give you three different styles or looks. While no match for a helmet, it offers protection far superior to that of a typical beanie cap should the wearer fall and hit his or her head against ice or packed snow. The word Ushanka derives from ushi, "ears" in Russian.
