Description: Up for sale is a signed S. Aksit of Turkey clay miniature replica of the Seated Woman of Catalhoyuk Fertility Goddess statue unearthed in Turkey in 1961. This miniature measures about 4" tall with a 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" base. From what I've read, those hoping to become pregnant are supposed to rub the figure for luck which would explain the wear spot on the arm of the seat. This figure is in good condition with very light wear, no major issues.
