Description: Sabal Rosei is one of the more rare sabals in cultivation. A lot of people have them in their yards but there’s not a lot of people growing them these days. Trying to change that and get more of these sabals out to the people who want them. Rosei originally from Mexico’s west coast. Resembles Sabal palmetto but with stiffer leaves and slightly bigger plant overall. Heat and drought resistant, and surprisingly cold hardy as well. Friends of mine have had luck growing Rosei for decades in Georgia and Alabama. Worth a shot in 8a and the warmer areas of 7b. Offering 1/2 gallon seedlings. Most have at least 3 leaves. Selling at a great price!!!
