Description: 1961 Samson Import Spaniel Planter Made In Japan. Rare, hard to find in this condition ,1961 ceramic spaniel planter, with bow tie and beret. This is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks. The finish is still shiny and the colors are bright. The only thing I can find is minor paint wear, crazing, and dust. It could use a cleaning around the hard to reach areas. These planters are so versatile. It can be used to hold pens, make-up brushes, kitchen tools. Or it can just be displayed as it is. Measurements are all in the photographs.
