This book is in acceptable condition with a tight spine and binding after nearly 180 years! There is significant foxing throughout the book and there are notations on the front and rear endpapers as may be seen in the photos! The book measures 6.5" x 4"! Please see photos! This book was part of an incredible estate sale of a home in the Midwest that was built at the end of the Civil War.
