Sanrenmu LAND 9107 910 916 Frame Lock Folding Pocket Knife 12C27 Two Tone RARE

Description: One for Sanrenmu fans/collectors. The 910s are still around but this configuration in two tone was rare even in the heyday of Sanrenmus hitting the market. Have only two left and I see them nowhere else at all. Please Note: Blade centering on this one is a bit off. Nowhere near the liners or anything but off and you can see it inthe pictures This knife later had its name changed to the 916 but this is the first version made and marked as the 9107. Same knife just different markings. I do have a 916 also that can be seen in my other listings. If you haven't heard of or had a Sanrenmu knife you will be quite impressed considering the low cost. They are a Chinese manufacturer that is known for high quality and affordable knives that rival those costing much much more in features and finish. The 910s are impressive, good looking and made for use and abuse. This is the bigger brother of the very popular and well loved Sanrenmu 7010. Fairly large sized at almost 8 inches with 3.35" of that being blade. 4.5" inches of handle offers me a full hand grip and the clip is so accurately and nicely done you almost don't realize it is there when gripping the knife in either forward or reverse grip. With my hands a full and solid grip where my fingers totally encircle the handle is achieved, you can just make a fist around the handle. Features a rock solid frame lock build and when deployed you would think you have a fixed bade. The knife only comes in at 4.73 ounces which to me makes it seem light considering its almost 8 inch open length and solid steel construction. Slim and easy in and easy out of the pocket and the well designed pocket clip grips both thin and thick fabric but just glides smoothly over the thicker hem of the pocket. Ball bearings at the pivot make for easy and fast one hand deployment and closing. It snaps open with a very satisfying and solid I can feel absolutely no play in any direction and the frame lock engages solidly. Blade hold close detent holds the blade securely when closed, it passes the shake test and you will have no accidental openings. Jimping on the blade offers a solid and secure hold of the knife. The frame lock is nicely done and easily reached for one hand closing.
