Description This sequin / bead applique is "NOS" (new old stock), unused, in its original packaging. I have several of these available. The applique depicts Santa Claus' face in profile, and the shape is round overall, resembling a crescent moon. It is 7" tall (chin area to top of hat), and 8" at the widest point (back of head to gold ball on hat). This would be a perfect addition to any "Ugly Christmas Sweater" project. The red and gold sequins are uniform in color, while the white sequins of his beard and the pink sequins on his face / cheeks are iridescent. Each sequined section is outlined with matching-color beads, and a circle of black beads forms his eye. I believe this is probably a sew-on applique. There is thin fabric backing on the reverse (see photos for detail), but it does not feel sticky or "tacky" to the touch like adhesive appliques or patches often do.
