Description: SATO RACING Helmet Lock for 2015-23 BMW R1200R and R1250R/ RS (part# BMW-R12HL) features a tough piston-type lock mounted to a Black-anodized billet aluminum base. It installs in a convenient location below the seat on the left side, sandwiched between the passenger peg bracket and the subframe, giving you a secure and practical solution for hanging your helmet on the bike when parked. Includes 2 keys. NOTE: This Helmet Lock fits R 1200 / R 1250 R / RS models only. Not compatible with R 1250 GS. NOTE: In some cases, the D-ring on the helmet's strap might be a tight reach to the lock clasp. There's an optional accessory we call a HELMET ANCHOR that is very useful in these situations. it is an anchor-shaped aluminum bracket with a hole on top. You slide it through the D-ring on the helmet and loop the hole part through the lock clasp.
