Case has wear, scuffs / scratches / indentations, etc.. Case is cracked / broken at spind top and bottom, spindle on case back is broken / missing, so Disc 5 is in paper sleeve. Discs have scratches, played fine when tested. See pictures. Any gray 'spots' on the pictures are from my camera, not from the item. Ignore any incorrect information eBay added to the item specifics.
