This might be a marriage between a sugar without a lid and a mustard pot lid without a pot. The main piece has a chip on the bottom. The flower tips on the cover are rough and there might be teensy chips on the tips of some of the petals. It is hard to tell, and I could not get the questionable areas to photograph. See Photos.
