Description: This offer is for one Scarce 1789 G.S, George III Spade Guinea Gaming Counter token / Jeton. This lovely colonial British specimen is believed to be # 3100, (stringless harp), in the book "A Thousand Guineas +Plus+" by W Bryce Neilson & Martin R Warburton. This coin was minted by Thomas and George Simcox from Birmingham, England during the 18th century as can barely be seen by their Initials (G.S) under the bust on the obverse. It has nice detail with the designs and legends somewhat matching those of an authentic period Spade Gold Guinea. This piece is clearly old and made of Brass or Bronze and is 100% Guaranteed. Some pictures may appear slightly darker or lighter due to lighting. The picture showing the measurement with ruler shows numbers in MM / CM. Weight is in Grams.
