Description: SCARCE ORIGINAL PRE WORLD WAR TWO U.S. ARMY FIRST AID POUCH. This first aid dressing pouch was manufactured in 1940 before the U.S. entered WWII. The pouch is made of a khaki color web. The front flap is marked "U.S." in the earlier style font. The reverse is marked by the manufacturer & dated "N.Y.D.C. MFG. CO. 1940". In overall very good condition with the front side showing a few small areas of soil - see close up photos.
