Includes book which has some yellowing on the inside cover. Includes Blue Box which has dented corners and streaks on the back as pictured. This does NOT include the signature card. The Vinyl has not been tested obviously so I cannot describe as Mint or Near Mint. This is a collection piece. Stored indoors not in a basement or attic.
