Description: Set 12 Vintage Handmade Lace Doilies 6" round with a scalloped edge Very delicate tattered lace pattern with leaves within scallops. Vintage white color with crochet work being slightly more ivory than backing cotton. Overall great shape for their age. I did notice any torn or missing pieces of lace. One has some discoloration from age/use. These are part of a collection rescued from a chest within a family home built in 1906. The family matriarch estimates them from between 1910-1940. I kept several dozen for my personal use, but there are so many I decided to part with some so they can be appreciated by more enthusiasts. See my other listings for more.
