In the event you must return the wheel back to us, please pack it the same way with the same material it was shipped in to prevent damage. Painted, chromed, etc. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Thank you for ordering the dually wheel chrome simulator kit from Santa Ana Wheel! Your simulator kit should have come with the following: 2 Chrome Front Wheel Simulators 2 Chrome Rear Wheel Simulators 4 Lug Nut Extenders (short) 1 ¼” long 4 Lug Nut Extenders (long) 1 ½” long 4 Chrome Lug Nut Covers (short) 1 ⅜” long 4 Chrome Lug Nut Covers (long) 1 ⅝” long 1 Jam Nut Tightening Tool *Please notice that half of the threaded studs and lug nuts are different heights. **Using the (long) studs with the (short) lug nut will cause the stud to have excess length and may push the cosmetic lug nut cover off of the nut. Front and Rear installation will be the same. 1. This shows an over lug design that mounts using 2 stud extenders, and 2 lug nut covers per wheel. 2. You do not need to remove any of the OEM lug nuts to install these. 3. Place the wheel cover on top of the wheel, making sure to line up the wheel cover with the vent holes on the steel wheel. 4. Screw down the stud extenders on top of the 2 OEM wheel studs that match the stud holes on the wheel cover (hand tighten only using the hex key provided). Be sure to use the short stud extenders on the front and the long stud extenders on the rear. 5. Screw down the lug nut covers on top of the stud extenders. Hand tighten only using the “T Handle” wrench provided. Be sure to use the short lug nut covers on the front and long lug nut covers on the rear. 6. Repeat steps 2 – 5 for the remaining wheel covers.
