Description: Beautiful antique Sarreguemines Yeddo tableware made in memory of the flood of the city of Yeddo in 1864. The Yokohama River burst its banks and washed away much of this very special place where many artists and craftsmen lived and worked. 2 x deep plates One plate shows several chips around the lip as demonstrated in photos. The other plate has a small stain on the surface. I did not attempt to clean these pieces so as no to damage the paint. Measures approximately 9"
