Although it looks nice and clean, it may still need to cleaned, serviced, and oiled before use. The bushings need work. The springs might be ok. The plates measure about 5-3/8" by 3-5/8". The distance between plates is about 1-3/8". The center to center distance between the hand arbor and the winding arbors is about 2". The center to center distance between both winding arbors is about 3-1/8". Please see pictures. Sold as is. Please refer to pictures for more information.
