The lens went hooked up to my Nikon D4 does show that it is trying to focus and will take photos. The lock and unlock conveyor button on the side of the Lens has been broken and needs repair the focusing from the 50 mm to 200 mm is a little tight. There is definitely work that needs to be done lens for it to work 100%. But if you get this lens 100% it is a great photography lens and a great lens to have in your kit.
