Authenticity ITS SIGNED acknowledges that authenticity is of paramount importance when purchasing sporting memorabilia. The company has been founded on the basis of providing high quality, authentic, signed sporting memorabilia. All of our signed products come supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) authorised by the Director of the company. Where possible, the COA will incorporate photo proof of the item being signed. Furthermore, each and every product we sell is covered by our fantastic 100% lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser. As we collect the vast majority of our stock in person and through privately organised events, we can personally vouch for its authenticity. Through contacts built up over a number of years we are also able to source additional stock through some of the most reliable memorabilia dealers in the country. For this reason we have 100% confidence in our stock. We understand that the items we supply are often considered 'luxury' items and we want to make sure that customers are happy with every item we provide and are satisfied that the item is genuine. Payment, Postage and Returns Payment should be made via Paypal within 48 hours of purchase. Any payment not made within this time will be reported to EBay unless we have mutually agreed a longer payment window. Please contact us if you require this. The ‘Best Offer’ facility is available on most of our items. Whilst we try to offer fair and competitive pricing we encourage only sensible offers. This feature offers the customer an excellent chance to get quality items at a more generous price, however think carefully about what is likely to be an acceptable offer. We generally set minimum best offer prices, which means any ‘unacceptable’ offers will be automatically rejected without even alerting us. The majority of our items will be posted FREE to the UK using the Royal Mail Signed For service. This service requires a signature on acceptance and offers standard insurance of up to £50. Most items will also have the option of a paid ‘upgrade’ to the Royal Mail Special delivery service. This also requires a signature on arrival and offers insurance of up to £500. Please choose the service best suited to you and your purchased item at checkout. Some of our larger or framed items do not qualify for FREE postage and will in some cases be posted via the Parcelforce service. Where this is the case we may offer either the 24 or 48 hour service. International postage is available for the majority of our items. We always use an International tracked or signed for service. We aim to post all items within 1 working day of purchase but please be aware that delivery times, particularly at busy times are often out of our hands. Please allow up to 10 days for UK delivery. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. If you plan to return an item you must make us aware of this prior to sending the item. All returned items must be ‘saleable’ and we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the refund if items have been damaged during transit back to us.
