If you are not 100% happy with the item you may within 30 days of receipt, return the item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. The item must be in brand new condition in original packaging and be returned with any gift packaging. All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is faulty claims should be made within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessment will be carried out to determine the cause of the damaged or faulty item. If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyers costs of returning the item will be reimbursed. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on underwear or make up due to hygiene reasons unless the items are faulty. If the item is determined not to be faulty or damage and has been deemed to have been caused through incorrect/Misuse it will be sent back at the buyer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.
