Crescent-shaped entry holes let martins occupy the shelter while preventing starlings from overtaking the home. Integrated nest cup on each compartment's base helps martins place their eggs securely. Textured plastic lets martins gain a superior grip while moving about the shelter. Porches beneath each entrance create takeoff and landing spots for birds. Rain canopies, as well as the roof overhang and gutters, help protect the home from outdoor elements. UV stabilized, copolymer plastic construction makes for a durable home. Each panel lifts upward for simple nest checks and maintenance.
