Made of silverplate with an American Victorian pattern, it exudes Victorian style and was crafted between 1892-1926. The bowl is perfect in size for serving sugar or other small items at your next tea party. There is some damage, Please review the photo's carefully. I chose not to shine it up because I prefer the petina. I hope to look as good when I am over 100 years old! The Van Berghy Silverplate Co was in business from 1892-1926. They then merged with Oneida.
