This unit is fully rebuilt with new parts (some are not OEM due to being obsolete) that I use in my air tool repair business. My trigger handle kits repairs typically include a new throttle pin, my custom TV ball and matching coiled spring, new o'rings, thorough cleaning and casting inspection for warpage and cracks. I resurface the gasket face of the handle for perfect sealing. The reverse valve unit is cleaned, smoothed, polished and put together with OEM parts and a drop of blue loctite. Operation of the detent system is perfect with every rebuilt trigger handle I repair.This assembled trigger handle rebuilt by me was attached to a fresh and fully rebuilt IM1800 air motor and pressure tested for operation in both directions. It is fully bolt-on ready when I ship it to you. 2 to 4 ounces of air tool oil must be provided by you and added when attached to the hammer case and supporting parts. 30 weight non-detergent oil or Snap on Redline is the safe and legal OEM recommendation. I use good clean oil and wheel bearing grease on hard parts for initial assembly in my business. You should always remember that petroleum based oils in the presence of pure oxygen can self-combust and or explode which is why OEM recommendations are for non-detergent oil. I have never seen air tools explode so I use regular oil with the understanding that compressed air has 81% oxygen at best.
