Description: Soapstone Bed/Foot Warmer 10082401 Rustic Virginia Soapstone Bed/Foot Warmer 8 1/2 " X 4 3/4" x 1" thick, weighs 4 lbs. 7 oz. All sanded surface ( with imperfections), and rounded corners. This is my useable version of the vintage soapstone foot warmers from days gone by. Simply place near a heat source like a heater, stove or even a sunny window to heat stone. Once warm use gloves or oven mitt to place in a towel or blanket to prevent being burned. Place in bed, chair or foot stool and enjoy the heat. Do not place in microwave or direct flame. To clean use any dish soap and acrylic fiber scrub pad. NOTE: All soapstone items may show tool, sanding marks and/ or scratches from the carving process. Soapstone is a quarried , natural stone and may show different coloring and veining from piece to piece.
