On their website they claim this sole has 1/2 the weight of regular soles and lasts 3 times longer... (a bold claim but People have said they do last a very long time) This replacement sole can be put on shoes and boots. This is a full one-piece sole with a "waffled" heel, with deep molded pockets to help give extra shock absorption. These are stamped with a white size number 10 (mens size) - But please see the exact dimensions below to compare them to the size you need to assure a proper fit. Also please note these still have some "flash" around the edges that will need to be trimmed once the repair is done. Please be sure to see the other items we have listed.
