Description: Solid Brass Door Knocker. Failte, Salvage Ireland. This is a nice brass door knocker. Salvaged by a local locksmith. He told me that it was purchased in Ireland. There are no markings on the item to substantiate that claim. So please do your own research/due diligence if that’s important to you. Door knocker has a nice patina but could probably be cleaned up to shine if desired. Please note that one of the mounting screws is slightly bent (see pics) but it still will mount properly. This is a very nice vintage door knocker that would be a true statement piece to any homes Front entrance door. Ships fast!
