SoundID Reference for headphones delivers consistently accurate studio reference sound on more than 400 supported headphones. The software eliminates your speakers' and headphones' sound coloration by setting their frequency response to be completely flat across all audible frequencies, ensuring that every mix translates regardless of the speakers or headphone your audience uses for monitoring. Whether in the comfort of your studio or on the road, you can mix with confidence and make music that sounds great everywhere. After installing the software you can proceed with your speaker calibration. It takes just 15 minutes to complete the measurement process using a flat-frequency-response microphone such as the SONARWORKS Calibration Measurement Mic (available separately) or any similar mic. When measurement is completed, save your speaker profile and apply correction using the plug-in in your favorite DAW or use the SoundID Reference system-wide app to correct sound from any source on your computer.
