Description: This Sony boombox was purchased new in January 2005 from Kmart and has had one owner. All the original packaging and accessories are included as well as all the batteries required. It is listed as "not working" due to the CD mechanism. With every disc, it searches and finally says "Disc Not Found." Either the laser unit needs replacement or an adjustment of some kind needs to be made. The AM/FM radio with presets works great. The FM telescopic antenna is in perfect condition. The cassette deck plays very well with no wow and flutter and all functions work. The original remote control is included and works fine if you point it toward the top side of the unit. A pair of AAA batteries that test very strong are included to power it. The original box and packaging is included, as well as the owner's manual and even the original purchase receipt. Also included are 6 NiMH rechargeable batteries that I had been using to power the unit. They were charged before the unit was packed. The original AC adapter cord is included.
