No controller included, but OEM power cord adapter is included. Console has some cosmetic damage, on the top from tape, and other markings shown in photos. Console turns on, it shows picture for about 20 seconds, flashes and the picture disappears and does this again 60 seconds later. Seems like an HDMI port issue, as it is appears to be functional otherwise.
