Description: The console does turn on, but it cannot go past the press ps button screen. Every time I try to sync the controller to the console it does not connect. I tried every trick in the book, but to no avail. I think they is something wrong internally like a bad solder or a corrupt part. I will include the power cable if you are interested in fixing it.
