Description: Price is for 1 pound of mixed size bulbs (around 12-16 bulbs). Spanish Roja is a hardneck Rocambole type garlic, also referenced as true garlic. Flavor starts with some heat but it fades to a pleasant aftertaste. When roasted it is mild and sweet with little aroma. These bulbs were grown in Central Utah. We are not certified organic, but we do use the same practices. No use of pesticides or herbicides. We do use cover crops for fertilizer and pest management. Perfect for all the holiday meals this season. Try it roasted on garlic bread... YUM! Storage is only a few months.
