If you know the differences between single tank duty cycle steam and you have your mind set that you dont want constant steam or the latest which is constant steam and constant temperature where the steam never goes over 1 degree or under 2 degrees with a 7 foot ceiling, you should be fine with a single tank type. As long as you dont do what some people do with single tank types to force it to make constant steam, it should be maintenance free for the most part with normal maintenance you would have with any steam generator. I strongly recommend getting a floor fan with this if the ceiling is over 7 foot to break up the hot ceiling thermocline. This stops the ceiling from being drippy and saves tons of electricity as the generator doesnt have to work so hard, saving about 50 cents a steam session, thats about 180 dollars a year or around 300 dollars savings a year if using a larger kw size.
