Description: Steinheil-München Auto-Quinar 135mm f/2.8 lens with factory caps in Exakta mount. Tested. The glass is clean with no fungus or haze. The focusing barrel turns smoothly. The aperture ring turns smoothly. The lens stops down correctly when releasing the shutter. If you take it off of the auto setting the lens stops down a bit more slowly. Oddly when tested on the Exakta VX we have the shutter release plunger on the lens did not depress the camera's shutter release enough to fire the shutter. That could be rectified with a bit of ingenuity or it could be an issue specific to this particular camera body. Tested on an Exakta V the shutter fired no problem. Very nice lens. Clean cosmetically. There is some wear on the front of the lens from the cap and a couple of small dings in the barrel right by where the cap mounts. This is a very shapr and crisp lens w nice contrast. See the photos for the test shot. Tested on a Leica SL2
