The rest of the inlay is turquoise, mother of pearl, and various colors of synthetic opal. The inlay shimmers and sparkles when the pendant moves.The medallion is heavy sterling measuring 1 1/2″ across and slightly over 2″ from the top of the bail to the bottom.
