Description: A fantastic antique Art Deco solid 22k gold bloodstone carved initial 'M' pinky or signet ring. It's unusual to find Art Deco era pinky rings in solid 22k gold and a century ago this stunning ring was almost certainly custom made for a very distinguished lady or gentleman! This fabulous Art Deco solid 22k yellow gold pinky ring has a raised bezel-set bloodstone plaque of a super-dark green color with bright red flecks all over, the bloodstone has been deeply carved with a fabulous Gothic script 'M', the ring with wide shoulders carved with Art Deco designs and a gently graduating band-a super looking unique ring! The ring is stamped on the reverse of the head with maker 'RJ' and '22'. The ring tests for 22k gold. The ring is approximately a size 4. The ring measures approximately 13mm x 11mm across the face. The bloodstone measures approximately 10.5mm x 8.5mm. The ring rises approximately 4mm above the finger and weighs approximately 5.1 grams. The ring is in very good condition with all over general wear including some flea bites around the edge of the bloodstone and the carving. The ring has been resized.
