Rod is in very good/excellent condition, ferrules are tight and smooth the blank looks very good and the cork is good with some soiling. Action on the rod is smooth and is not tip heavy at all, especially for the 9'3" length. The orignal stripping guide was just replaced because the insert fell out. The case is a little scuffed up from travel and the rod sock seems a little short. Overall the rod is really nice, guides, ferrules and blank are excellent while the cork is very good with some soiling. The rod is personalized "Built for the orignal owners name", the personalization writing is small and opposite of the rod identification above the cork.
