I had cancer back 5 years ago & had a transplant in Dallas; the hospital wing where I was, was named after him, so no telling how much he donated to them!! He was a BIG lover of art as well; had a SUPER Western art collection; but has since been auctioned off. Pub. by Houghton Mifflin back in 1987. Assuming 1st ed.
