There are rust spots in the lower right corner of the first two inside pages, a previous owner's name written on the front cover and a small tear in the top edge of the back cover. Despite these flaws, this rare piece of sheet music will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
