The date is very faded but I believe it to be dated 1837. The note in in low grade - heavy circulated. The edges are rough all the way around, and missing pieces and corners. There are edge splits, dozens of pinholes, internal splits, and annotation on the reverse. Please look at the pictures and judge the item for yourself.
