“The Original” Honda Pioneer 1000/700/500 & Talon Vent Ext. Kit. With filters

Description: Will fit Pioneer 1000-6 crew as well Once purchased. Please check your eBay inbox for directions on how to receive a printable copy of the instructions with pictures. This kit is the original vent line kit that everyone has been using since 2016 when the machine came out. The other vent line kit on eBay was copied off my kit. My kit separates the 6 OEM vents into 4 lines not 2 as the other kit on eBay. It’s not good to combine 4 components into one line. If you have break/leak in that line all 4 components are compromised. Stick with the original kit not the copy. This Kit is specifically for the Pioneer 1000 but can be easily adapted and used for the Pioneer 700, 500 or Honda Talon. please see below. This kit does have filters. The filters are recommended for the three seaters if you mud ride or store the machine outdoors. Filters are not needed on the 5 seater. If you would like the kit without filters select to the kit for 39.00 Models manufactured in CA. Your model number will end with a C. Your fuel vent goes into a vapor recover system. This system can be easily bi passed by cutting and plugging the vent line going to it from the fuel tank. Run the vent line up from the tank like normal. You will also need to cut and plug both ends for the vent line from the canister to the throttle body on the engine. HONDA PIONEER 700 or 500. This Kit is specific for the Pioneer 1000 with instructions emailed. This kit can be easily used for the 700 or 500. Keeping in mind the 700 and 500 don’t have a shift box or sub-transmission. So you will have some extra parts. You will have 4 vents to extend not 6. Use the 1000 instructions as a guide. Vent the fan and front diff together. Fuel tank and rear diff separate. Send me a message with any questions. Videos can be found on utube for guidance. The 700-4 will have the same opening in the roll bars for the ends of the extensions to go into no filters needed. HONDA TALON 1000. This Kit is specific for the Pioneer 1000 with instructions emailed. It can be easily used for the Talon which has one less vent than the Pioneer. The Talon does not have a Shift Box so will have 5 vents to extend not 6. The instructions for the pioneer will provide you with a guide to go off of. The components that need to be vented are the same just little different locations. On the Talon you would tee the rear diff and sub transmission together and the front diff and fan together. The fuel tank would be separate. If you choose you could run the rear diff and sub transmission separate as well.. Send me a message with any questions.
