Most of the defect are laminate peeling away from the print that are covering the print. Some have areas that have gone through the laminate and some paper may be visible. This does not apply to all of the placemats but some and I will try and note them on each auction. These all are about the same dimensions 17 1/2" long by 11 1/2" inches wide. THIS MATE DOES HAVE AN AREA THAT HAS GONE THROUGH THE PLASTIC (UPPER RIGHT CORNER- SEE PHOTO). Great for framing to recall old areas of interest.
