Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION: "The Woman with the Hoe," first prize picture by Huntington PA photographer Lewis Emmert. Black & white page with a clean blank back taken from the February 1905 issue of Burr McIntosh Monthly. Measures approximately 6" X 12", this black & white page/print has a blank back on the reverse side as issued. Condition: Multiple light creases over bottom quarter that get a little heavier as they progress to bottom right corner. Other, lighter wear around corners. Light overall toning. Scan shows front of actual item for sale. Burr McIntosh Monthly was bound with a string, thus the holes near one of the edges, and the publication encouraged readers to pull their prints for framing, going so far as to offer their own specially sized frames and mats. Complete issues are rare. So, I continued what our 1905 reader had started and split this one up for you with the suggestion buy it, mat it, frame it, it'll look great! You are bidding on the single print/page in the title and shown on this page. OTHER NOTES: International buyers whose packages are shipping out of the United States are responsible for any and all customs fees. Items are sent as Merchandise and the amount I declare on your package is the actual amount you paid for the item(s) excluding my shipping charge. Add to eBay's cart or basket to be eligible for any bulk discounts including combined shipping—I'm almost always offering some sort of deal! All items that I offer for sale are vintage and date to whichever date is mentioned in the title and/or listing.
