Description: Vintage "Sail with HARVEY'S" Hula Hawaiian Girl TIKI Ceramic Mugs Made in Japan 1960s Harvey’s Casino Sneaky Tiki Topless Hula Dancer Cocktail Glass “Sail with Harvey’s” made by Otagiri Mercantile in Japan. Also featured is a Hawaiian style sailing vessel and palm trees. These Ceramic Cocktail Mugs we given as a souvenir for the famed Tiki bar at the top of Harvey’s Casino in Lake Tahoe. In the 1980’s the bar was bombed in an attempted extortion racket. It was never rebuilt.Excellent as a planter or to hold utensils or bar tools as well. • Approx. Dimensions: 8" tall x 2 7/8" diameter • Condition: Preowned. Good condition - free of chips, cracks or repairs and very minimal crazing. There are some dark markings around the chest of the Hula girl that may be under the glaze, but I didn't try anything to remove. Shown in 2nd to last picture. There are also spots that appear to have no paint, but they are smooth to the touch, so I'm assuming they were there before the glaze, and is part of the individuality of each mug (last picture, less than .25" wide).
