Description: Times Tide Temp Compass Watch With New Battery And Strap. Watch was bought from an estate sale in non working condition. Watch was dirty, dead, and original strap was falling apart. Watch has been cleaned, battery has been replaced and brand new rubber two piece strap is added with bright orange color to easily locate outdoors. Watch has a tide function, thermometer, and compass function. Each function has a separate button but they are not labeled so please consult instructions online to confirm how each function works . I could never figure out the tide function but the compass and temp function do work. They do need to be calibrated because the compass does work and points in the general direction but was not terribly accurate. calibration directions are included in the instructions, the compass will work well in an urban setting where you want to know the general direction. Full disclosure to the buyer, the like button is also the main stem for setting the time, pressing it illuminates the watch and pulling out sets the time. I have had the watch freeze while trying to turn on the lume a few times. It happened once while wearing, once while investigating, and once while prepping the photos. Each time it stops, I pulled the stem out to reset the time and it will start up again. The second time took a few attempts but it has been running good wince then until this morning. Watch was not functioning when purchased so I have been unable to determine the cause of this short but it is temporary each time. I want to make the full disclosure to the buyer as I want you informed on what you are purchasing and to be happy with your choice. Watch is being sold as is. It is a tremendous little watch and a great addition to your collection. The compass bezel does move but it is very tight and requires a lot of effort
