It is all metal except the tires, Grille and cab plastic windows. There are no cracks on the windows. The decals are in excellent condition. There are a few bubbles under the paint. The rust has not penetrated the metal. There are few rust spots. (see photos) The dumper goes up and down. All four tires are in very good condition. It rolls very well. The axels are straight. It looks as though it did some of its construction work outside. The underside of the truck is in very good condition. The truck is very clean. After I rescued the Mighty Diesel, it spent about 15 years on a shelf in my dry garage with the rest of my collection. Nothing has been done to the truck like touch up paint or modifications. It is in original condition. It has not been washed or cleaned or altered in any way. It has been lightly vacuumed.
