Description: Measuring about 17" x 21", this vintage topographic map is titled "Burlington Quadrangle, Vermont." It is dated 1948 and published by the United States Geological Survey. Burllington, and part of Lake Champlain, are at the upper left, with South Burlington, Shelburne and Charlotte below. Down the center and the to the right, the towns shown include Williston, St. George and Hinesburg (in their entirety), and parts of Essex, Jericho, Richmond and Monkton. The scale is 1:62,500, and the back is blank. It is in good and frameable condition, with some light surface rubbing and edge wear, and some pencil inscriptions in the margins, both front and back.
