This is a "C" grade leather that may have scars or wrinkles. Some spots may not absorb the dye properly. This is a functional budget leather that is still quality even with the defects. This is a thicker leather than I normally use. It is a good solid leather.Hand stitched with 346 Nylon Bonded Thread from the Leather Machine Co.Everything I make is made from real leather. Everything I make is hand made. I do not use a sewing machine, I hand stitch every sheath. Machine stitched items can unravel easily. Making a sheath last as long as possible for my customers is my goal. I do not mold these so when you receive one it will be a tight fit at first. Some like it to naturally mold to the knife but that is up to the individual. Like any leather product the leather will loosen a little over time. Condition is New Handmade.
