Description: Welcome to our world travel adventure! We mainly travel as a couple - me Jurgis and my wife Madara. All content and photos in this magazine are our creations and photographs. We are both from Latvia. Moreover, each is from the opposite end of the country. I am from the small town of Grobiņa on the west coast, while Madara is from Lubāna - a small town on the eastern side of Latvia. We met during our university studies in the capital, Riga, and we have been going on life and world journeys together for more than 10 years now. I would like to think that this is just the beginning of the road ahead of us! We both work full-time in Riga, where we purposefully save both vacation days and financial resources to dedicate everything we have saved to traveling in our spare time! Not long after each trip, we have the urge to start planning where to go on our next adventure. At the moment we have been to more than 30 countries, but we are not going to stop. So much more to see and do all over the globe! We can categorize most of our trips into three types: •Hiking – we really do love walking and hiking. No matter the city or national park. It is not unusual for us to reach 20km on foot in one day. •Road trip – Oh boy, do we love freedom. We rarely use guided tours or tour operators. All itineraries are made by ourselves and we go exactly where and when we want to. •Short city breaks – Some people take coffee breaks at work. I take cheap airfare catching breaks, which often results in small getaways for 2-4 days in some European cities we have never been to before. Without further ado - let's go on adventures!
