Description: Here is a flat (staple and matches removed) front strike matchcover from the TraveLodge motel (AAA recommended it says on the inside) in Tacoma, Washington State. This matchcover is the green type with the original Sleepy Bear. The saddle says “Look for the Sleepy Bear” in yellow script lettering. The bear mascot has received a make-over from the earlier images and is more yellow and has stars around his head. There is no glue, tape or handwriting on the inside of this matchcover. I think that the striker is unstruck. This matchcover is in very good condition. I have about 50 TraveLodge matchcover listings on eBay right now and almost all are the green front strike type.
